1. Don’t do everything by yourself

3. Lead by examples

Just telling them how great or powerful you are will do no good in the long run. Rather show them how to do things and convince them on your stories. Show them that you can do great things and achieve results.

 

4. Do your homework before every meeting

Preparation is the best way to get the result you want. Preparing yourself before a presentation, meeting, product launch gives a sense of confidence. This will also help you to communicate exactly what you want for you clearly and precisely.

 

5. Weed out the weak

If you as an Entrepreneur want to succeed in your pursuit then you need to associate yourself with A+ team. You should get rid of weak players otherwise they will pull you down. Success is always achieved by getting great people along with you.
